Where is ONCE WORN located?  

Our Store is located at 1/117 Princes Highway, YARRAGON, VIC 3823. 

How do I RENT A RACK? 

Use our convenient Zellr link to book a rack and price your items. We will print your price tags for you and have them ready for you on the morning of your booking. 

Price tags must be securely attached to all items using the provided safety pins or string ties. This step is crucial for efficient scanning and sales transactions. 

What is ZELLR?

Zellr is a versatile online reservation system. We use Zellr for your rack bookings. You will be taken to the Zellr site where you need to create an account connected to our Store to start booking, selling and getting real time updates of your rack sales.

How much do I pay for my rack?

The rental fee for a Kids Rack is $55/4 days with a minimum 8 days (two weeks) + a 15% commission on sales. 

The rental fee for a Wall Rack is $70/4 days with a minimum 8 days (two weeks) + a 15% commission on sales. 

The rental fee for a Floor Rack is $70/4 days with a minimum 8 days (two weeks) + a 15% commission on sales. 

How many items can I fit on my rack?

A Kids Rack (Sizes 0-5), can accommodate approximately 20-30  hanging items and 5 pairs of shoes. 

A Wall Rack, can accommodate approximately 30-40 hanging items and 3 pairs of shoes or handbags.

A Floor Rack, can accommodate approximately 40-50 hanging items and 5 pairs of shoes or handbags.

Keep in mind that the rack's capacity is determined by the types of items you bring. You can easily add extra items at any point during your rental period as long as they have barcodes and are logged into your Zellr account.

Who decides the price of my items?

You do! We suggest 1/3 of the original retail price is a good guide for preloved items.  You can price higher if items are new/never worn, and higher again if the item still has it's original tag.  Remember, price to sell.  They aren't making you any money hanging in your closet!

When can I set up my rack?

 You can set up your rack 30 minutes after the opening of your booking day. 

When do I pull down my rack?

 On the last day of your rental booking, we kindly request you to visit the store at least HALF AN HOUR before closing.  Alternatively, if you prefer us to handle this, a storage fee of $10 per 24-hour period will apply. 

I don't have time to add the tags and curate my rack?

We offer a Tagging Service whereby we can tag your items, hang them, and steam them (if needed) so they’re all set for selling.  An additional fee of $25 applies. We ask for one week’s notice, and items need to be dropped off 2–3 days before your rental booking date.

What are your Store hours?

10-4 Thursday and Friday

10-3 Saturday

10-2 Sunday 

What can I sell?

You are welcome to sell Men's, Women's and Kids clothing, shoes and bags at the Store. Individual Mens items can be brought in Store without having to book a Rack, and added to our Mens section.  A 15% commission on sales applies. 

Just add any Mens items to your Zellr account as you would any other items. It's easy!

We are all about giving clothes a second chance and allow you to sell any brands - but we must let you know that throw away fashion labels like Shein and Kmart don’t sell well. 

Customers are quite savvy and aware of the dubious production methods and quality or brands like these and tend to avoid them.

What if my Sales are slow?

Perhaps the issue lies in your pricing being too high. You could consider lowering prices and offering a percentage discount to drive more traffic to your rack.  Remember... price to sell. 

Do I need hangers?

All hangers are provided by us for your use. Please leave behind at the end of your booking.
